Alright, I'm Neil, and welcome to part 4 of my "Sonic Boom" review! No, I don't hate every "Sonic Boom" episode. There are some episodes I like such as "Dude Where’s My Eggman," "The Meteor," "Nutwork," "Closed Door Policy," "Fire in a Crowded Workshop," and "Cabin Fever" and that's because those stories have some interesting ideas. For instance, I love that in the "Dude, Where's My Eggman" episode, that Eggman throws a surprise party for Cubot and Orbot instead of trying to just trying to kill Sonic and his friends. I also liked "The Meteor" episode because it took advantage of the body-switching concept in a very creative way since Sonic and Eggman switched bodies, plus Knuckles was even useful without knowing it.

It would make sense that someone whom is vain at his core along with being childish and fun-loving like Eggman would want to play a video game. That helped actually save the heroes because Eggman, in Sonic's body, wanted to kill the heroes, but because of Knuckles having a video game, Eggman wanted to play it when he was in Sonic's body. "Nutwork" isn't too bad of an episode either, and neither is "Closed Door Policy" because not only do both of those episodes prove that Sticks isn't just some paranoid idiot who spouts delusional nonsense, but I do like how "Closed Door Policy" gave the heroes a little bit of a break from fighting. "Nutwork" and "Closed Door Policy" proved that sometimes, Sticks might have things to be legitimately concerned about like Eggman taking away water and evil creatures that can escape a cave unless she puts some things in front of the cave entrance that's in her house. I also loved "Fire In A Crowded Workshop" because it had interesting ideas that could be presented like Knuckles having Amy and Perci be attracted to him and Sonic being an engineer, plus Tails was quite lovable in that episode.

"Cabin Fever" wasn't too bad either because I loved the creative ways that Knuckles, Sonic, Tails, and Sticks loved to spend their downtime by doing things like being king of a fort or doing pillow fights. But when I hate an episode, I REALLY hate an episode like ones like "Don't Judge Me," "Just A Guy," "Do Not Disturb," "Role Models," and "It Wasn't Me, It Was The One-Armed Hedgehog." You can check out part 1 to see why I hate the first three episodes. As for why I hate "Role Models," OK, sure, I can get that most teenagers are irresponsible by nature since I used to be one, but HOW is Amy cooking NOT having her be a good role model?!? I'd say that's incredibly good of her to do!

And I don't buy that someone like Sticks, Tails, Knuckles, or Sonic can't be good cooks! OK, sure, maybe COOKING things from scratch isn't easy, but you can still bake and/or heat things in a MICROWAVE AND/OR AN OVEN!!! It's NOT REALLY HARD to follow written instructions on a package of food! As long as you have a microwave, oven, bowls, some parchment paper, and some other utensils and materials, you should be fine! Plus some things may not even NEED to be baked!

I've made Oreo pies FOR YEARS for Thanksgiving and that requires ZERO BAKING! Also, why does that stupid platypus guy thing it's WRONG to fight Eggman?!? HOW DUMB IS HE?!? I LOVED Sticks tying him up because he DESERVED to be tied up for preventing the heroes from stopping Eggman! In addition, I REALLY hated how Sonic considered himself edgy in "Sonic Boom" and also hated Amy insulting Sonic near the end of the "Role Models" episode!

If anything, Sonic isn't really edgy in "Sonic Boom," plus Amy shouldn't be rude to Sonic! She needs to be NICE to Sonic, not rude to him! If you want to know WHY I think Sonic shouldn't involve bad comedy and SHOULD be edgy unlike Mario, read my most recent Sonic post that's titled "While I DO love at least some Sonic games and some Sonic stories, they CAN and SHOULD BE BETTER" to see information on WHY I think Sonic needs action and needs to be edgy! I also REALLY hated the episode called "It Wasn't Me, It Was The One-Armed Hedgehog" because of how willing the citizens were willing to turn on Sonic the Hedgehog INSTEAD of Eggman! I would have liked Eggman to KILL those villagers because of how useless they are!

I guess the animation is fine, though maybe sometimes the animators forgot to animate something, plus there was no excuse for an animation cheat to happen at least once in the show and to reuse some animation at least sometimes. OK, sure, I don't hate "Sonic Boom" and I don't necessarily think it's a bad show, but there are some things that I think could be improved about it, and I'll provide a couple of pictures of words to explain what I mean. But if there is ONE thing I do like about that show, I do like that that show shows characters like Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles hanging out as actual friends. I just tend to prefer "Sonic Underground" more because OK, sure, the singing from Sonia, Sonic, and Manic was cheesier than the cheesiest cheese pizza each episode plus continuity didn't seem to always exist, but I loved the cast of main characters in that group more than I do of "Sonic Boom!"

OK, sure, Sonia was at least a brat sometimes in "Sonic Underground" and I know her voice can be annoying, but she's actually a very nice young lady and a great character, and her brother Sonia is actually not too bad either even if he is a thief! I know that some people like "Sonic Boom," and that's absolutely fine; I don't hate the people who like the show. But I do want to provide some constructive criticism in the next post on how that show can be improved, so take care, all of you, and have a nice day:)
